Bulgaria: Derby day

Sofia derby between CSKA and Levski saw a lively atmosphere at the stadium, with nearly 30,000 fans in attendance. Large buffer zones left 10,000 seats empty as a precaution by the authorities.

CSKA’s Sector G marked 35 years of organized support, with guests from allied groups, including Rot-Weiss Erfurt Hooligans, traveling to Sofia for the occasion. The day was not without incidents, as more than 30 people were arrested for possession of pyro, drugs, or Nazi symbolism, Police chief reports.
