UECL: Troubles in Albania

Disruptions marred the Conference League match between Tirana and Besiktas. As the game was about to start, Besiktas fans launched pyrotechnics onto the pitch, leading both sets of fans to approach each other for a confrontation. Various objects, including broken stadium chairs, were thrown, yet the police regained control.

However, after the match, home supporters attacked some Besiktas fans in the streets around the stadium.
