Friendly match in memory of Tosko

Botev Plovdiv and Aris played a friendly match in memory of Tosko. As you may already know, the supporters of both clubs share a close and friendly relationship.

Tosko was a Botev fan who tragically lost his life three years ago in Greece while attending the Aris - PAOK derby alongside other Botev fans. The day after the match, on January 5th, the Botev group was attacked by PAOK supporters. During the attack, Tosko was fatally run over by a car driven by PAOK supporters. Following an investigation, the police arrested four individuals involved in the incident.

Another fan was also honored during the match. At the 19th minute, the fans paid their respects to Alkis, a 19-year-old Aris fan who was fatally stabbed following the Aris - PAOK derby in February 2022
