Scotland: The Old Firm Derby

The Celtic supporters put on a show during the Old Firm Derby with nice tifo displays. However, the absence of the away fans was a disappointment, as both clubs and Police Scotland agreed to ban them for safety reasons due to previous incidents at recent matches between the sides.

The visiting supporters will also be banned for the remaining derby this season.

The Green Brigade, in their usual stand, displayed a banner that read "unbowed unbroken," accompanied by many flags and pyrotechnic displays when the players stepped onto the field. On the other side of the stadium, the Bhoys Celtic prepared a big tifo with the text "Fight 'neath the green flag of erin and conquer the red, white and blue," a quote from the Boys of Kilmichael, an Irish folksong.
